Calderdale Goes Back To The 70's ...
The sleepy West Cumbria village of Calderdale was transported back to the sensational 70's recently when the Swede Dreamz ABBA tribute band wagon stopped off at the village hall to help raise funds for nearby Beckermet School. Complete with a 70's themed disco and optional fancy dress, in excess of £600 was raised.
A great night was had by all. Huge thanks to Vanessa Tyson for all her hard work with the organising, ticket sales, buffet, etc.
Hope we can maybe do it all again next year.
